I will be presenting a poster on my research about Internal Medicine physicians' training in communication skills--how they developed these skills, what they liked and didn't like about their training, and how these skills could be further developed during residency and beyond.

I will be attending the second annual Aspen Ethical Leadership Program. This is an excellent program that combines presentations from leaders in medicine, ethics, and law with small group discussion, panel discussions, and consideration of theoretical cases. There is ample time for networking. I can honestly say that this is the best conference I have ever attended!
